JSW MG Motor India reported sales of 7,045 units in October 2024, achieving a 31% year-on-year growth compared to October 2023. New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) played a significant role in this performance, accounting for over 70% of the total sales, the highest among all car manufacturers in India, reflecting the company’s commitment to NEV adoption.

The launch of the MG Windsor, the country’s first intelligent Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV), marked a significant achievement in the EV market. In its first month, the MG Windsor sold 3,116 units, the highest sales among all passenger electric cars in October 2024.
The company’s adherence to transparency is evident in its practice of sharing sales numbers on the VAHAN portal, consistent with their recent announcement. According to VAHAN, JSW MG Motor India’s year-on-year growth, excluding Telangana, was 34% in October 2024.
The festive season bolstered the popularity of the company’s electric vehicle portfolio, leading to a substantial increase in sales.
